Contoria Limited Warranty

Contoria stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers your product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any product part that is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Improper Installation or Assembly: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration expected from regular use over time (e.g., fading, minor scratches, wear on blades).

  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, modification, or use for commercial purposes.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by weather events, such as hail, lightning, floods, or high winds.

  • Incidental or Consequential Damages: This warranty covers the product itself. It does not cover losses related to the product's failure, such as loss of stored items or damage to property.

  • Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Products must be purchased new from contoria.shop or an authorized retailer to be eligible.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact our support team to initiate a claim.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and original order number.

    • The product name and model (if available).

    • A clear description of the defect or issue.

    • Photographs and/or a short video clearly showing the problem.

  3. Our Process: Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, sending replacement parts, or other solutions as deemed appropriate.
